Family and authorization
Record and share other people’s data only with appropriate authorization or legal representation. Respect each family member’s privacy and the best interests of children and teenagers. One person accepting these terms does not automatically authorize processing data for the whole family.
Storage and security
The main records stay on this device. Clinical fields, documents and attachments use encryption; some indexes and operational metadata remain readable. Android handles biometric authentication. The developer does not receive your fingerprints or keep an automatic copy of your records or passwords.
Backup and sharing
You choose the files and people you share with. Protected backups require the password valid when they were created; a fingerprint cannot unlock the file on another device. Exported reports and summaries may contain readable data. Check the recipient, contents and destination before sending.
External services
Drive, files, maps, calls and sharing may use external services you choose. Those services have their own policies. QR transfers a protected copy over the local network; it does not provide automatic synchronization. This version has no integrated advertising or identifiable usage analytics.
Rights and deletion
These terms do not remove mandatory rights under applicable law. You can correct records, export copies and delete data in the app. Local deletion does not erase copies already shared or stored elsewhere. Losing the device, password or backups may prevent recovery.
Language, region and units
Language, country, units and time zone have separate purposes. Changing preferences does not translate user-written text, replace medicines or recalculate doses. Imports preserve original names, values, units and links. Select the correct current country to see its emergency number.
Premium and plans
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Google Play. The lifetime purchase does not renew. Existing records and free care features remain available after Premium ends.
The price, billing period, renewal and offer terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel a subscription through Google Play; access continues until the paid period ends. A permanent purchase covers the local features described in the offer.
To purchase or restore, the app sends the product, purchase token, an installation public key, a confirmation signature and Play Integrity proof to the payment service. The service checks with Google and returns a device-bound license. This does not include names, photos, medicines, documents or clinical records.
The private key is protected in Android Keystore. Google Play controls the payment account; the app does not receive your Google password. On another device, use the same store account and Restore purchases. Health records are recovered separately using a backup.
The subscription uses server-confirmed time and the device's monotonic clock. After a restart, you may need to connect to confirm Premium. Existing records, alarms and free care features remain available. Revoked purchases are checked when connected; instant offline revocation is not promised.
For welcome offers, the service stores the installation public-key identifier and the date of the first authenticated request. This sets the offer deadline without sending your health records. Reinstalling the app may create a new identifier; purchase eligibility also depends on Google Play.
For purchase verification, the service stores the token hash and metadata for up to 90 days after the last confirmation. The installation identifier used for welcome offers is stored for up to 365 days. Temporary challenges and rate limits last up to two minutes; the Google OAuth token lasts up to one hour. The raw purchase token is not written to the service state. Expired records are removed during the next operation or scheduled cleanup; hosting logs and backups follow their own rules. Website and support data
This website has no registration, health forms, advertising or visitor analytics. Language choices use links, without a tracking cookie. Hostinger may log IP addresses, times, routes and technical browser data for delivery and security; the provider manages those log retention periods. When you contact support, your email and the content you provide are used to handle the request for as long as necessary, subject to legal obligations.
On your first visit, the website uses your browser’s preferred languages. A manual language choice is saved only in this browser until you change it or clear site data; it is not sent to the payment service or used for tracking.
Privacy requests and rights
For access, correction or deletion of data received by support or the purchase service, use the contact below. Request verification should use only necessary information. Mandatory rights depend on applicable law and remain protected; choosing a language does not change your jurisdiction or establish legal or regulatory approval.
